"The Local Government Unit of Pangil, Laguna intends to procure the materials for “Construction of Irrigation Canal at Dulong Wawa,Brgy. San Jose, Pangil, Laguna with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Three Hundred Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Five Pesos and 50/100 (PhP317,845.50).
This procurement will be undertaken through Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34.1 of the New Government Procurement Act, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009."
