  Description : 1. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, through Supplemental Budget #02 Series 2026-A.O. 02-2026, R.A. 7171 (2023 Share) intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Nine Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Pesos and Ninety-One Centavos (Php11,948,490.91), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Construction of Irrigation Canal of Bayugao Este-Bayugao Weste-Suyo Irrigation Canal, Bayugao Este-Bayugao Weste-Suyo, 2026-17. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the time of bid opening.
  
  2. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works has required 150 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
