INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF INTAKE BOX AND INSTALLATION OF PIPELINES, BARANGAY RUBAS, JARO, LEYTE
PB-18-25
1. The Municipality of Jaro, Leyte through the Annual Investment Program CY 2025 (EDF
20%), approved by the Sangguniang Bayan, intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos
(Php1,000,000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for the Construction of Intake Box and Installation of Pipelines at
Barangay Rubas, Jaro, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Jaro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of
the Goods is required by Fifty-Five (55) Calendar Days Bidders should have completed,
within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to
