1. The City Government of Sorsogon, through 20% Development Fund intends to apply the
sum of Nine Million Sixty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Two & 0/100 ( ₱
9,067,672.00) Only being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for CONSTRUCTION/INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET
LIGHTS @ SITIO MADAN-AN AND SITIO SAN LORENZO ,BRGY. BIBINCAHAN,
EAST DISTRICT SORSOGON CITY under Project Reference No. CW 2025-01-002 .
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Sorsogon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Completion of the Works is required within 95 calendar days . Bidders should have
completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
