1. The Provincial Government of Cagayan through the General Fund Continuing 2022 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Two Hundred Forty Seven Pesos and One Centavos (4,999,247.01) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction / Installation of Power System for SP / VGO , Capitol Compound. Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (2022-GF/CON- TUG-0114). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
