1. The Local Government of Pio V. Corpus, through the 70% MDRRM Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Five Thousand Sixty- Nine pesos and Forty-Four Centavos (Php 1,905,069.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT OF FLOOD CONTROL DRAINAGE SYSTEM AT ARCADIO DIVINO ST., BARANGAY POBLACION at Poblacion, Pio V. Corpus, Masbate. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
