Construction of Impatian CIS Check Structures, Canal Lining and Canal Structures located at Dumaran, Palawan

1.The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office, through the General Appropriate Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Nine Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos and 14/100 (15,945,939.14) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Impatian CIS Check Structures, Canal Lining and Canal Structures located at Dumaran, Palawan with Contract Number: PALIMO-RESTO-IMPTN-17M-CY25-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
