Construction of Impatian CIS Check Structure, Slope Protections, Canal Lining and Canal Structures
1. The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office, through the General Appropriate Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seven Pesos and 26/100 (18,888,907.26) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Impatian CIS Check Structure, Slope Protections, Canal Lining and Canal Structures with Contract Number: PALIMO-RESTO-IMPTN-20M-CY25-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
