SUMMARY OF WORKS
A. General Requirements
I. Mobilization/Demobilization
• The work consists of the mobilization and demobilization of the contractor-s forces and equipment necessary for performing the work required under the contract.
II. Permits and Licenses
• Process and submit Building Permit, Electrical Permit, and Occupancy Permit and other pre-requisite permits such as Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance (FSEC) and Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC).
III. Temporary Facilities
• Temporary facilities shall be provided during the construction period and will be constructed within the hospital compound, which shall serve as the field office, storage of materials and bunkhouse for the workers. The contractor shall provide and maintain temporary power & lighting, temporary water service & security within the construction site.
