Tender are invited for CONSTRUCTION OF HIGH DAM AND ITS APPURTENANT STRUCTURES, AFTERBAY DAM, LONG SIPHON, IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE FACILITIES OF TUMAUINI RIVER MULTIPURPOSE PROJECT (R2-TRMPD-C-2R)

Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), GAA 2025 (Fund 501) and CBI (2026-2027) intends to apply the sum of Eleven Billion Two Hundred Ninety-Three Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Pesos and 98/100 (PhP 11,293,982,730.98) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Afterbay Dam, Long Siphon and Irrigation Facilities under Tumauini River Multipurpose Project, Invitation to Bid No. R2-TRMPD-C-2R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 1,800 calendar days, inclusive of 836 pre-determined unworkable days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
