  1. The National Dairy Authority, through the GAA Funds of FY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos & 34/100 (Php 10,299,960.34) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Heifer and Calf Housing with 80-Head Elevated Calf Pens for Ubay Nucleus Farm Project with Project Identification Number CVD-PB25-016. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The National Dairy Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days.
