CONSTRUCTION OF HEALTH CENTER

The Barangay Local Government Unit of Rizal, Cagayan intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the CONSTRUCTION OF HEALTH CENTER from 20% Brgy. Development Fund. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The Barangay Local Government Unit of Rizal, Cagayan now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF HEALTH CENTER. Completion of Project is [45 Calendar days]. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

The Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/Fail” criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184 known as the Government Procurement Reform Act of 2009.
