Description : 1) The Municipality of Esperanza, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Hawilian Multi-Purpose Stage. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Municipality of Esperanza now invites bids for Construction of 130 sq.m. concrete structure with steel framed roofing, 2 units comfort rooms including one for PWD, located at Hawilian, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur Completion of the Works is required 160 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within “within five (5) years” from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).

3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
