INVITATION TO BID
CONSTRUCTION OF HALFWAY HOUSE
1. The Local Government Unit of Arteche, Eastern Samar, through the Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund 2024 and LGU Counterpart, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Forty Six Thousand, Eight Hundred Ninety-seven Pesos and 67/100 (P 2,046,897.67) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Halfway House. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Arteche, Eastern Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the works is required within ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in RA 9184.
