The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office - DENR, PENRO, Bataan, through the Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) No. BMB-E-25-0014347 (SARO) dated September 12, 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (PhP 250,000,00) for the CONSTRUCTION OF GUARD HOUSE IN TALA VIEWDECK ECOTOURISM SITE LOCATED IN BRGY. TALA, ORANI, BATAAN UNDER INTEGRATED PROTECTED FUND- SPECIAL ACCOUNT IN THE GENERAL FUND (IPAF-SAGF) for which this Request for Proposal is issued.

2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser” now request you to submit price quotation/proposal for the supply and delivery of the following:
