PUBLIC BIDDING NO. 2025-09-051

1. The Municipal Government of Perez, Quezon, through the 2025 20% MDF intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighteen Pesos & 19/100 (Php 699,918.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Gasoline Station (2025-09-051). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Perez, Quezon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within a period of five (5) years. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
