Section I. Invitation to Bid

Invitation to Bid for Construction of GAD Building Phase 2 - 5% GAD FUND

1. The Municipality of Manjuyod, through the 5% GAD Fund intends to apply the sum of ₱3,999,831.91, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of GAD Building - Phase 2 - 5% GAD Fund with Contract No. 1002507-0707-018 dated July 03, 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
