Description : 1. The Laguna State Polytechnic University, through the GAA 2026, intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Five Million Pesos Only (Php75,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR-STOREY TWENTY-CLASSROOM TEACHER EDUCATION BUILDING, STA. CRUZ CAMPUS (Phase I). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Laguna State Polytechnic University now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR-STOREY TWENTY-CLASSROOM TEACHER EDUCATION BUILDING, STA. CRUZ CAMPUS Phase I. Completion of the Works is required within 360 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within seven years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
