1) The LGU GIPORLOS, Eastern Samar, through the LGSF-FALGU Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php3,000,000.00) for each barangay of the four barangays for a total of Twelve Million Pesos (Php12,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Four (4) Units 1-Story Child Development Centers ‘Bulilit Center- Complete with Facilities under Contract No. INFRA 2025-11-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU GIPORLOS, Eastern Samar now invites bids for the above project to wit:
