The City Government of Pasay, through the SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND CY2026 intends to apply the sum of Sixty Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Two Hundred Seventeen Pesos & 62/100 (Php 69,995,217.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Four (4) Storey Forty Eight (48) Rooms School Building and Other Facilities at PHILIPPINE NATIONAL SCHOOL FOR THE BLIND (PNSB) Phase-8 - Completion, Deped Pasay City Division, Pasay City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
