1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the SB#1 CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Seven Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Pesos and Sixty Four Centavos (Php5,753,890.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTBRIDGE AT SITIO PONGPONG, BRGY. ANDAP, NEW BATAAN, DAVAO DE ORO [Construction of 48 ln.m. Foot Bridge] - SB#1 CY 2025 with Purchase Request No. 25-4895 under Civil Works No. CW25-057. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
