Description : CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTBRIDGE AT BRGY. BAGONG SILANG
1. The Municipality of San Miguel, Bulacan, through the 20% BRGY. DEVELOPMENT FUND 2024 (CONTINUING PROJECT), intends to apply the sum of Php 399,829.25 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF FOOTBRIDGE AT BRGY. BAGONG SILANG with ITB Number B2025-002. Bids exceeding the ABC will be automatically rejected.
2. The Municipality of San Miguel, Bulacan now invites bids for this procurement project. Completion of the works is required within 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a similar contract. Details on eligibility are contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
