Invitation to Bid for Construction of Footbridge @Barangay Malinao , Brgy. Malinao, Sogod, Southern Leyte

1.The Barangay Malinao Sogod, Southern Leyte through the Local Funds intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 250,000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Footbridge @barangay malinao, Brgy. Malinao, Sogod, Southern Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Barangay Malinao, Sogod, Southern Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required TWENTY ONE (21) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
