Description : The City Government of Valencia now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF FOOD HUB at City Hall Compound Valencia City, Bukidnon with the following scope of works:

 Structural Excavation, Embankment and Gravel Bedding;
 Pouring of Reinforced Concrete for Footing, Tie Beams, Columns, Beams, Wall Footing and Flooring;
 Fabrication & Erection of Structural Steel with Metal Oxide Primer and Topcoat;
 4"CHB Laying with Cement Plaster;
 Installation of Metal Roofing Sheets, Polycarbonate Sheets and Accessories;
 Carpentry Works on Partitions, Ceiling, Stairs, and Landing;
 Installation of Sliding Glass Doors;
 Installation of Container Box;
 Painting and Electrical Works.

Completion of the Works is required for 105 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly Section II of the Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
