1. The Local Government Unit of Bagabag through 2025 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT PESOS AND FORTY-FIVE CENTAVOS ONLY (₱1,499,438.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL STRUCTURE (PHASE III), BRGY. SAN GERONIMO, BAGABAG, NUEVA VIZCAYA (Construction of 88m Stone Masonry with additional 1.1m x 28m x 0.5 m stone masonry with steel railings). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
