  Description : The Provincial Government of Antique, through the PDRRMC Resolution No. 9-2025
  apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand One Hundred Forty
  One Pesos and Fifteen Centavos (Php 1, 457, 141.15) being the Approved Budget for
  the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Flood Control
  Project, Ubos, Valderrama, Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
  automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Provincial Government of Antique now invites bids for Construction of Flood Control
  Project, Ubos, Valderrama, Antique. Completion of the Works is required Forty Five (45)
  Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date
  of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of
  an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
