  Description : The Provincial Government of Antique, through the 20% NTA CY-2025 (Environmental
  Management Sector) to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Twelve Thousand
  Nine Hundred Eleven Pesos and Forty Sevent Centavos (Php 2, 912, 911.47) being the
  Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction
  of Flood Control, Carit-an River, Abiera, Sebaste, Antique. Bids received in excess of
  the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Provincial Government of Antique now invites bids for Construction of Flood Control,
  Carit-an River, Abiera, Sebaste, Antique.

  Completion of the Works is required Seventy
  Five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from
  the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The
