Invitation to Bid for the Construction of Flood Control at Brgy. Daclapan, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur

1. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, through the Appropriation Ordinance 2024-02 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos & 31/100 (Php1,439,955.31) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Flood Control at Brgy. Daclapan, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur with contract no. 2024-12-007. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 28.55 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
