1. The Provincial Government of Kalinga through the AIP Code. 1918-17-24-229 intends to apply the sum of
NINE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO PESOS AND FORTY-SIX CENTAVOS ₱ 991,182.46
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
