Bidders should submit their bids in duly sealed envelope labeled,; Bid for articles to be purchased by the BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF MALBAGO be opened in the office of the Punong Barangay on March 18, 2025 at 1:00 o-clock p.m., articles to be purchased should preferably be made in the Philippines, should thereby no mentioned of any possible substitutions.
