Description : INVITATION TO BID

The Brgy. Panungyan II, Mendez-Nuñez, Cavite, through the 20% Development Fund of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seventy Three Thousand, Three Hundred Twenty Nine Pesos and 38/100 only (73,329.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION OF FENCE AT HAPAG GARDEN OF BARANGAY PANUNGYAN II. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding under the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the IRR-A of RA 9184. The prospective bidder must have an experience of having completed a single contract that is similar to the contract to be bid and whose value must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract. Only Bids from Bidders who pass the eligibility check will be opened.
