1. The Municipality of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, through RA 7171 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Seven Hundred One Pesos and 12/100 (Php 3,994,701.12). Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for Construction of Farm to Market Road (Slope Protection Measures to Prevent erosion to Agricultural Lands) Brgy. 11 Sta. Rosa, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Construction of Farm to Market Road (Slope Protection Measures to Prevent erosion to Agricultural Lands) Brgy. 11 Sta. Rosa, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte. Completion of the Work is ninety (90) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a SLCC similar to the Contract to be bid.
