The Local Government Unit of Nampicuan, through its authorized appropriation under the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (PAMANA PROGRAM) Fund intends to apply the sum THIRTY MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php 30,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project CONSTRUCTION OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD AT SITIO DOS-CAMANTIRES ROAD, BARANGAY AMBASSADOR ALZATE VILLAGE, NAMPICUAN, NUEVA ECIJA. Bids receive in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
