1. The Municipality of Tubungan, through LGSF 2024- FA to LGU-S SBDP NTF ELCAC- Construction of Farm to Market Road- Brgy. Boloc Phase II intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (₱5,000,00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One (1) Job Furnishing of Labor, Materials & Equipment for the Construction of Farm to Market Road- Phase II at Barangay Boloc, Tubungan, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Tubungan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Eight (108) calendar days.
