1. The Municipality of Basilisa, through the 20% MDF 2025 and 20% MDF Reprogrammed 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD located at Brgy. Tag-abaca, Basilisa, Dinagat Islands. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
