1. The Local Government Unit of Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur through General Funds intends to apply the total sum of Five Million Four Hundred Thousand (₱ 5,400,000.00) Pesos being the Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Facilities in the Sanitary Landfill and Construction of Septic Vault Sitio at Sitio Quiawit, Zone II, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur being described as:

1. PR No. 100-1197 - CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES IN THE SANITARY LANDFILL (FINAL SORTING AREA A= 25.00m X 15.00m) & FIELD OFFICE A=5.00m X 5.00m, ABC = 5,000,000.00.

2. PR No. 300-054 - CONSTRUCTION OF SEPTIC VAULT ( L=5.60M; W=1.80M; D=1.8M) ABC = 400,000.00
