1.The Local Government Unit of Santa Teresita, through 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND CONTINUING 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS (P 1,000,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES AT JUAN DE SALCEDO LANDMARK. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
