CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

1. The Municipality of Baco through Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund Investment Plan (LDRRMFIP) intends to apply the sum of Two million five hundred twelve thousand eighty nine and 76/100 pesos only (Php 2,512,089.76) for the Infrastructure Project being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Construction of Evacuation Center at Poblacion, Baco (Phase II). Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Baco now invites PhilGEPS registered supplier/distributors to bid for Construction of Evacuation Center at Poblacion, Baco (Phase II). The duration of project is required within ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II of ITB.
