Description : The Provincial Government of Antique, through the LDRRMF Special Trust Fund CY
2024 to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Forty Thousand Five Hundred Forty
Seven Pesos and Ninety Two Centavos (Php 1, 940, 547.92) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of
Evacuation Center, Luyang, Sibalom, Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Antique now invites bids for Construction of Evacuation
Center, Luyang, Sibalom, Antique.

Completion of the Works is required Eighty Five
(85) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the
date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description
of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
