  Description : The Province of Antique through the LDRRMF Special Trust Fund- CY 2023 to apply
  the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Five
  Pesos and Three Centavos (1, 439, 755.03) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
  (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Evacuation Center, Brgy.
  Dionela, Pandan, Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
  rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Province of Antique now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
  Completion of the Works is required Ninety Five (95) Calendar Days. Bidders should
  have completed a contract similar to the Project, within five (5) years from the date of
  submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
  Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

  discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules
