1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, through the SPECIAL TRUST FUND - UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF LDRRMF CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY NINE PESOS (Php 3,497,329.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF EVACUATION CENTER OF BARANGAY OSMEÑA, BAYUGAN CITY AT OSMEÑA, BAYUGAN CITY, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-43 BLDG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF EVACUATION CENTER OF BARANGAY OSMEÑA, BAYUGAN CITY AT OSMEÑA, BAYUGAN CITY, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-43 BLDG. Completion of the Works is required 90 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project.
