  1) The Provincial Government of Sorsogon, through the 20% Development Fund of FY 2026, intends to apply the sum corresponding to each project as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the following contracts. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each project shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
