CONSTRUCTION OF ELEVATED WATER RESERVOIR

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PASTRANA, through the 20% AIP AB FY 2025 INTENDS TO APPLY THE SUM OF ONE MILLION PESOS (P 1,000,000.00 ), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF ELEVATED WATER RESERVOIR and PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER- BAC-INFRA-2025- 006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BAC is conducting the public bidding for this contract in accordance with the provision under Section 27, IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12009, CONSTRUCTION OF ELEVATED WATER RESERVOIR. CONTRACT DURATION OF EIGHTY FOUR (84) CALENDAR DAYS.
3. To be eligible to bid for the Contract a contractor must meet the following major requirements: (a) Filipino citizen or 75% Filipino-owned partnership/ corporation with PCAB license for SIZE RANGE SMALL B LICENSE CATEGORY C & D , (b) completion of a similar contract costing at least 50% of the ABC, and (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC)...
