1. The Municipality of Calbiga, through the Budget for the contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Three and 88/100 Pesos Only (Php1,995,553.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Eighty-Four (84) Units Sanitary Toilet in Various Barangay, Calbiga, Samar, with Contract No. INF-2025-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Calbiga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred fifty (150) calendar days.
