1. The PROVINCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE (DENR-PENRO Samar), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP1,710,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for a.) CONSTRUCTION OF ECO-TRAIL RECEIVING CENTER; b.) ENTRANCE GATE WITH GUARDHOUSE AND CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PROVINCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE (DENR-PENRO Samar) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days....
