1. The City Government of Sorsogon, through 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Four & 94/100 (₱ 7,997,734.94) Only being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF ECCD CENTERS @ BRGY. BATO, SUGOD, POBLACION, BACON DISTRICT AND BRGY. MARINAS, EAST DISTRICT, SORSOGON CITY under Project Reference No. CW 2025-07-012. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Sorsogon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 240 calendar days . Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
