Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
PROJECT TITLE: CONSTRUCTION OF E.R. PARKING WITH LANDSCAPING AND SITE DEVELOPMENT OF MMS AND MOLEC. LAB. PARKING
LOCATION: CAGAYAN VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER
Clearing: This shall include clearing the project for obstructions. The work is to be coordinated with CVMC Engineers
Excavation: All superficial obstructions shall be demolished and removed from the site to disposal areas to be determined by CVMC representative. All scrap materials will be turned over to CVMC Supply Unit.
Leveling/Gravel Bedding / Compaction: Use suitable materials and compact properly as approved by CVMC engineers,
Disposal: This shall include removal of all debris and concrete that were removed which shall be disposed off to designated sites by any suitable means as approved by CVMC Engineers.
Landscaping: Use easy-maintenance plants. all plants shall have approval before planting.
Eligibility: The PCAB license of the General Contractor is at least Category D
