Description : Invitation to Bid for the
Construction of DSWD FO VIII Auxillary Building and Installation of Fire Sprinkler System (Design and Build)
1. The DSWD Field Office VIII, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Four Million Pesos Only (Php 34,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of DSWD FO VIII Auxillary Building and Installation of Fire Sprinkler System (Design and Build) with reference no. DSWD8-25-12-019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DSWD Field Office VIII, now invites bids for Construction of DSWD FO VIII Auxillary Building and Installation of Fire Sprinkler System (Design and Build) Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred (300) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
