1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Seven Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Seven and 78/100 Pesos Only (P 27,735,397.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Construction of Drilled Solar Powered Pump System of Colonia, Pantubig SPIP and Sta. Lucia SPIP with IB No. NIAR3-2026-BUL-SOLAR-14 located in San Rafael, San Ildefonso and San Miguel, Bulacan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days.
