  1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-One Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Five and 96/100 Pesos Only (P 31,823,975.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Construction of Drilled Solar Powered Pump Irrigation Projects of Tangle, Capalangan, and Gumain RIS with IB No. NIAR3-2026-PAM-SOLAR-13 located in Apalit and Floridablanca, Pampanga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
